All I can say is WOW! What a difference an accessible, involved and proactive ownership makes. Sixteen months of lip service and lassitude relative to our complaints became a classic study in contrast when we made contact with the new owners of Encore - specifically, Stewart.
We had an ongoing problem with a neighbor who was renting a home managed by Encore. Our issues were met with rudeness and outright
falsehoods prior to September of this year (2019). We finally resorted to a Facebook posting expressing our disgust with their business practices.
Stuart (one of the new owners) reached out to us to gather information regarding our complaints. Distilled to its essence, problems addressed and solved to mutual satisfaction within 30 days.

I am without words for the person who accused the property manager at Encore saying that they had personal property belonging to their Grandmother stolen by the property manager at Encore. I worked with the property manager at Encore, Shannon Smith, for many years back in the 90s. She is one of the most honest and outstanding person I ever had the privilege of working with. I am now a property manager myself and I know exactly the type of renter that would post something so horrible as to suggest they were robbed. It's not the kind of renter that anyone wants as a tenant. As far as the person who made that post, I hope to God you are a homeowner by now and not an ongoing nightmare for other property managers out there.
